Dear Faithful Readers
That’s the last time I go off for a few days’ holidays and leave the blog unattended. My friend who is visiting from Elsewhere and I headed off on a Thelma-and-Louise style trip around the length and breadth of the country, minus the plunge into a canyon, obviously. We started on Thursday, after handing in my thesis, and ended today with a 366 mile drive. I am very tired. Then I come home to find that Batman has been waxing lyrical in my comments. So much for the long-cultivated Ice Queen image. Yes. We’re dating. And yes, it’s still revoltingly cute.
And did you notice that I said I’d handed in my thesis? Because I have. Woo, and indeed, hoo. More later, but now it’s bedtime. Work tomorrow, and on call. Bah.
